Winter has ended and we are approaching the hot and dry atmosphere soon. It is important for pregnant women to keep themselves hydrated. Try to take at least 3 to 4 liter of water and healthy fruit juices to prevent dehydration! Taking an adequate amount of water and juices also prevent Oligohydramnios and it’s complications ( A condition in which Amniotic Fluid around baby in the uterus is decreased in amount ).
